Problem to Solve: With the launch of a retailer-focused website, our team was tasked to create how-to instructions for the new custom tools and features.

Solution: I led the team to outline the content and create a robust group of instructional resources – printable user guide, online user guide landing page, and how-to videos to accompany each task.
