Problem to Solve: Increase the usability of one of the website’s top visited pages – a form that allows a retail user to enter or upload item numbers, quantities and add to cart.

Solution: I collaborated with the development team to propose a dynamic web form that displays product information as the user enters item numbers and quantities on the same page, as well as a second phase that added the ability to bring up past items in a user’s order history. Users now spend 80% less time on this page with a 42% higher average order value than the site average.
