DEMDACO Retailers Checkout
Problem to Solve: The company received feedback that retailer customers were having many issues checking out on the website. While backend issues were addressed for the customized retailer experience, the frontend user experience had not been addressed.
Solution: I was part of a team that outlined the project requirements, gathered research, and presented a mobile-optimized one-page-checkout solution customized to our particular retail customer.
